Fly Rod “No Fuss” Warranty
Xplorer Classic II, Guide II and T-50 fly rods
Our Xplorer Series Fly Rods prefer to spend their time fishing, and thus face greater odds of breakage. Our NO FUSS LIFETIME WARRANTY will replace your rod for a reasonable service charge for the life of the registered owner.
Our unique NO FUSS LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to our Xplorer Classic II, Guide II and T-50 fly rods for the life of the original owner. Simply send your completed registration card, for each rod purchased or register online to activate your warranty. In the event of a rod breakage, simply return the damaged rod, in its rod tube, with the R250.00-R600.00* service fee per rod section plus postage, and we will normally replace your rod within 7 days of receipt of your rod. It’s as simple as that. Your rod will be back in time for your next weekend’s fishing trip. This is just another way Xplorer Fly Fishing is helping to make your fishing more pleasurable and keeping you on the water, where the fish are.

WARRANTY POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty card must be completed online or returned via the post to Jandi Trading to activate your NO FUSS Warranty. The Warranty is for the original owner only. All Service work must be sent directly back to Jandi Trading. Our dealers are not authorized to perform any warranty service work. The Service fee of R250.00* per rod section plus postage (Depending on Rod). Once we receive the rod back we will contact you to arrange return shipping and payment. We reserve the right to repair or replace the rod section. The entire rod must be returned to Jandi Trading to ensure the correct fitment for the new section. If you do not return the entire rod, you will be charged the full retail price for the new section and be liable for any additional return shipping cost, if the section does not fit your rod. If the rod model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace the rod with a current equivalent model for an additional fee. Service fee is subject to change without notice.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod only and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other damage resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss or intentional damage.

Float Tube Warranty
The Xplorer XPT II, Journey Deluxe V Boat and Journey V Boats, carries a 3 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials only. Should you experience a fault in the workmanship or materials with in the warranty period, Jandi Trading will repair or replace (at Jandi Trading’s option) the defective part at no charge with the exception of R150.00 for postage. The warranty card must be completed and sent back to Jandi Trading or registered on line within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. If we don’t receive the completed warranty card within the specified period, we reserve the right to invalidate the warranty.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, OVER INFLATION (EITHER FROM DIRECT HEAT OR INCREASED ELEVATION) NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
Jandi Trading reserves the right to invalidate the warranty if it deems the float craft or V boat was abused or misused in any way. We have the final decision on all warranty claims. Please read the complete warranty information included with the float crafts for full details on the warranties.
The following amendments to the Xplorer Float tube Warranty will be strictly enforced, There will be no exceptions.
1. NO WARRANTY CARD- NO WARRANTY No warranty claims will be serviced unless we have received the completed warranty card or registration on line was not completed with 30 days of purchase. It is up to the dealer to inform their customer to complete and send us the warranty card. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. The warranty does not cover shipping to and from our office in Durban.
3. When making a claim the following information will be required to process the claim:
Warranty card registration number(top left hand corner of card)
Date of purchase and/or proof of purchase
Name of dealer.
Jandi Trading has the final decision on all warranty claims.

Xplorer Wader Warranty
Our Xplorer Waders have a one year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials only. They will be replaced at no charge (except postage) within one year from purchase, subject to presentation of the the original till slip and registering the warranty on line.
NO WARRANTY WILL BE HONOURED WITHOUT A TILL SLIP.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or normal wear and tear. The stocking foot waders must be worn with a wading boot or the warranty will be voided. We suggest the use of a wading belt over the wader for added safety.
